We use a professional enzymatic odor-neutralizing treatment specifically designed for grass and soil. Instead of masking smells with fragrance, the treatment breaks down the organic compounds that cause pet odors, helping restore a fresher yard naturally.
The formula works with the natural biology of your lawn, targeting the bacteria and waste compounds left behind by pet urine and organic debris. As the enzymes break these down, the odor source is reduced rather than simply covered up.

Sanitizing Treatment
Best for patios, turf & hard surfaces
This service is ideal for non-organic surfaces such as kennels, dog runs, artificial turf, pea gravel, patios, and other hard pet areas.
We use a a hose-connected system that dissolves a calcium hypochlorite caplet and mixes it with water at a controlled ratio to produce a powerful disinfecting solution. It is designed to reduce bacteria, viruses, and odor-causing contaminants on non-organic surfaces commonly found in pet areas.
Once applied, the solution works quickly and is designed to break down rapidly after application. It leaves no artificial scent and no harmful residue. Pets and even backyard chickens can safely return once the surface is dry, which typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes in Florida weather.
We recommend monthly treatments during warmer months to help control bacteria buildup and maintain a fresher, healthier yard.
